 Located in Age Concern Manchester’s head office on Swan Street, this is an ideal location in the Northern Quarter of the city, just 5 minutes walk from the city centre and Manchester’s busy shopping areas.
Access is straightforward as the office building is directly on the ring road. Parking is easy with many inexpensive car parks within a minute’s walk, as well as lots of free on-street parking within 2 hour bays (if available).
 It is just 15 minutes walk from Piccadilly train station and 5 minutes from Victoria train and Shudehill bus and Metrolink stations.
The ground floor also hosts a small convenience store as well as an excellent sandwich bar.
The room is approximately 42 square metres (about 6 by 7 metres) and can comfortably sit between 16 and 20 people. The room can also be arranged to suit a range of styles, from boardroom to classroom, ideal for interviews and presentations.
 Tea, coffee and biscuits are complimentary and there are full toilet facilities including disabled. Buffet lunches can be ordered by arrangement.
There are reception services including a waiting area, and access to a colour photocopier and fax.
